Buying a pair of ladies' jeans is not as easy as it looks like. For men, choosing jeans is something that they can do even with their eyes closed. They do not even need to wear the jeans to know if they fit perfectly. It is also okay for them if the jeans are one size bigger or smaller than their actual size. But when it comes to ladies' jeans, it is a different matter. There are several kinds of jeans that you can choose from and if you want to find the one that suits you best, then you have to know the different types of jeans and how they look like. Below is your guide for the different types of ladies' jeans.
Straight Cut. This is the most basic jeans. It is considered a classic, and never goes out of style. It is very comfortable and will fit almost all kinds of body types, except those women who have a rectangular body shape, meaning almost the same sizes of shoulders, waist, and hips.
Boot Cut. Probably the most popular of denim jeans among women, boot cut jeans also look good on anybody. They add curves while at the same time feel comfortable. You can pair them with any kinds of tops or shoes, depending on the event that you will go to.
Skinny Jeans. This type of ladies' jeans is very popular now. This is very sexy and shows off your womanly curves. However, this might not be the best type of jeans for women with pear-shaped bodies because it will just overemphasize their hips, which they do not need. Skinny jeans are best for ladies who have an hourglass figure with long, curvy legs. No matter what look you go for, you will always look sexy.
Wide-leg. As the name suggests, this type of jeans has wide legs all throughout. If your main priority in finding the right jeans is comfort, then this is your best option. However, wide-leg jeans might not look very appealing or sexy, that is why you have to be careful in choosing other pieces of your outfit. This might just work if you pair it with a fitted top and flip flops, sandals, or shoes that are not too bulky.
Flare. Unlike the wide-leg type, flare jeans only widens at the bottom part. This became popular in the 60s. So if you are not a hippie, a flower child, or born in the 60s, then this type of jeans should stay inside your closet for the meantime.
